Our philosophy
The "Proceedings of the International Geometry Center" (PIGC), the non-profit journal of the science family of ONTU journals, recognizes the importance of openness in research as well as the increasingly global nature of the scientific enterprise. The broad public communication of peer-reviewed research, and information-sharing within the scientific community, are essential to advancing science in the service of society. This is why PIGC makes all of its peer-reviewed research content freely. As part of our mission, PIGC seeks to enhance communication among scientists, engineers, and the public, worldwide. Toward that end, PIGC does not require a copyright transfer from authors. Instead, authors are asked to grant PIGC an exclusive license agreement to publish their work.
Also GPMF journal Philosophy is based on Singapore Statement on Research Integrity and CSE’s White Paper on Promoting Integrity in Scientific Journal Publications.
